Who We Are
We provide Energetic Healing, Heart Alignment Coaching, and healing through Ceremony and Retreats. These offerings focus on holistic wellness, incorporating the energy of the moon, honouring the sun, and respectfully following the natural cycles of Mother Earth.
Our various ceremonies connect individuals to their inner selves, higher power, and authenticity - often involving elements of gratitude, meditation, sound, plant medicine, and ancient wellness rituals.
As do our Holistic Retreats, which create space for emotional and spiritual healing to help reconnect you back to your heart and soul for a more aligned life. Held in peaceful and nurturing locations, where you can enjoy the stillness to hear your own guidance, intuition, and create a deeper understanding with your true-self.
Meet Rebecca
Reborn in 2021 - after a Spiritual Awakening in which she left all aspects of her life. You see her now at her most purest HART.
Rebecca trained in Reiki in Scotland in 2001
But holy heck...It's 2025 now.... what she does is so much more than Reiki - although a Reiki Master and she loved her attunements and trainings, Reiki is definity part of what her healing practice is... it is not 100% Reiki.
With everything she has learnt, all she has experienced, and all the deep soul diving she has done and multiple spiritual challenges she has overcome..
It's hard for her to describe exactly the powerful synergistic healing that she now provides. Although she works with energy, she also receives intuitive messages when you invite her into your sacred aura, she works with your heart, your soul and connects you more to your higher self and spiritual path.
She does not identify as a psychic, but as a healer xx
Her ability to create nurturing, safe, welcoming spaces for emotional and spiritually healing, is what brings people back time and time again. Her heart felt Ceremonies and Retreats are always above and beyond the expectations, with special touches with every moment. She really is a guiding light for those who are needing a beautiful HART to hold them in healing and love in non judgmental way where you are safe to open up the beautiful flower of your own heart to begin your journey home.

What is an Energetic Healing?
Connecting with your mind, body and spirit, this session will be intuitively guided to cleanse your aura and energetic fields, balance your chakra's and also allow you a glorious moment on the sacred healing table to breathe, pause, relax and allow the world to drift away so you can hear your own inner wisdom.
When you arrive, Rebecca will have a brief chat about what you are looking for in regards to your healing. You will be invited to choose your own crystals to assist you on your sessions journey.
As you lay there, in your clothes and tucked up in warm cozy blankets, Rebecca will move around your body, touching only your feet, legs, hips, shoulders, arms and head as she is guided too. Using sound, aromatherapy and a range of holistic spiritual tools to bring your mind, body and soul to harmonious bliss.
As you have invited Rebecca into your energy field by booking the healing, she can tap into any messages your body, or guides may have for you. All sessions end with a oracle card reading.
True change happens when you align your heart, your truths, and your energy.

Retreat Experience
A Truly Transformational Retreat Experience
I recently attended one of Rebecca’s retreats, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. Rebecca is the most beautiful soul - she has a true gift for communication and connection, making everyone feel welcome, seen and heard. Her loving nature and wisdom create a space that is both nurturing and inspiring.
The retreat was filled with insightful teachings, uplifting affirmations and words of encouragement, all delivered with such warmth and authenticity. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the serene and beautiful accommodations and surrounds, to the delicious, nourishing food - her gluten free brownie was divine.
One of the things I love about Rebecca’s retreats is that she always gives you something special to take home. This time, we each received a beautiful little jar, containing vintage pieces of card. From her booklet we were able to choose ten affirmations to write on the cards as a reminder of the weekends wisdom. We also created our own Mandala artwork, painting in our own colours and styles - a deeply personal and meaningful experience that allowed for self expression and reflection. These thoughtful touches made the retreat even more special and personal.
One of the most special aspects of the weekend was how Rebecca effortlessly brought together a group of total strangers and created an environment of peace, harmony and joy. The cacao ceremony was an absolute highlight, adding depth to the sense of connection and reflection.
If you are looking for a transformational and soul nourishing experience, I highly recommend attending one of Rebecca’s retreats. The care, detail, and heart she pours into every aspect make it truly unforgettable.
